You could tell your friends to check out your website and they would see the animated graphics and tell you how cool it looked. You have to admit, it was pretty cool to see your business out on the 'net. In today's marketplace, it still can be cool, but it has to be functional and convert prospects into customers. The Internet is ubiquitous and just about everybody has the ability to access it from anywhere. Now more than ever, your website is as important to your business as the Yellow Pages used to be. Plan Your Project

During this phase we will meet with you to discuss your business to determine what your goals are for the project. If you included our optional SEO services in your design package we will define your target Keywords and define your market strategy. Additionally, we discuss the overall color, typography and logo options to develop your brand image. Finally, we determine which information architecture to be utlized (e.g., CMS, HTML/CSS, etc.).

Build Your Project

This phase has four components: Design, Develop, Test, and Go Live. See the Side Bar for specifics on what we do here.

Promote Your Project

Once we've finished building your site, our SEO service provides the marketing muscle to get it noticed. After all, there's no point in having a great website if your customers never see it.

Design Process

Design

We've already done the initial planning, now it is time to take our strategy and put into a design concept. This will include the creation of a sitemap to define the pages for your site, a site diagram to define the navigational structure of the site, and a mockup of the site and/or logos. At this point you can make any necessary revisions. Once all revisions have been made and incorporated into the design documentation, we can begin the next phase.

Develop

Now the fun begins. From the design documentation we begin the development of the site. This may begin with domain registration, if needed. Also, if a CMS solution was selected, we will install that on your site and begin to customize it. During this phase coding, scripts, plugins or modules are written or installed. Depending on the package selected, the client will have the opportunity to see the Beta site before it is completed. Any required changes can be made during this phase.

Test

The site will be tested internally to ensure that it conforms to W3C coding standards and also to ensure cross-browser compatibility among all the major web browsers. We invite the client to test drive the site for a final functional walk-through. Any remaining issues will be addressed as needed before proceeding to the next phase.

Go Live!

Finally, your site is ready for your adoring public! Once all requested changes have been made and tested, you will be asked to give the "Go Live!" decision. It's your site now!
